Admission Process

*Applications for the 2018-2019 School Year open on September 11, 2017.

Thank you for your interest in HPPDS! The Admission Process consists of three parts: 

  • School Tour
  • Online Application and Document Submission
  • Observation/Assessments for PreK3-Kindergarten

As part of your application, you will also need to download the student records release and teacher evaluation forms that are to be completed by your child's current teacher/school and mailed directly to HPPDS. This step does not apply for children who have not yet attended school.

Entrance assessments are required for all prospective students entering Pre-K4 through Kindergarten. PreK3 applicants participate in a 30-minute classroom setting observation in January. You will be contacted by the Office of Admission to set up a time for an assessment or observation time after completing your application.
