Placement Procedure

Highland Park Presbyterian Day School does not discriminate upon the basis of race, color, creed, gender, national or ethnic origin in the administration of any of its policies or programs. Admission is based on space availability and an evaluation of the suitability of HPPDS for each child and family.

Placement Procedure

The following is taken into consideration for new student applicants. However, all enrollment decisions are based upon the fit of the individual family and child seeking admission. 

  • Current Day School Families
  • HPPDS and HPPC Staff
  • Active HPPC Members
  • Previously HPPDS Families within past 5 years
  • Previous applications to HPPDS
  • Date on TADS Admission Application

Returning Student Registration

Returning students will be enrolled in January. Every returning student will receive a placement within the school if they enroll during the protected enrollment period. After the protected enrollment period, placements will be offered to new families. Returning families are not guaranteed space after the protected period.
