Parent Council

Parent Council at HPPDS is an organization that supports teachers, students and the families of the Day School. Our involvement in the school community includes the following:

We coordinate volunteers for:

  • Carpool
  • The Library
  • Book Fairs
  • Stay 'n Play
  • Speech/Vision/Hearing Testing
  • Classroom Parties

We host events including:

  • Annual Picnic
  • Show your Love for the Day School Auction
  • Grandfriends Celebration
  • Field Day
  • Aloha Party

We support teachers by:

  • Coordinating catered lunches and treats throughout the year
  • Praying over them and their classrooms
  • Hosting an annual Christmas luncheon

We also:

  • Create the Yearbook
  • Run the Spirit Shop and Day School Duds - your opportunity to buy gently-used uniforms
  • Oversee Room Parents
  • Oversee the School Partnership Campaign

Our annual dues are $80 a family, which enable us to facilitate our organization whose central purpose is making HPPDS the best school it can be!
